AFG IT & Business Solutions was registered in 2019, under the management of the directors namely, Afshoon Gaffoor and Francina Lee. Our directors hold over 18 years of experience under their belt and have accessed and analyzed each service offered in the IT world and have tailored it to make each more efficient and versatile for all types of businesses. AFG understands the importance of providing enhanced and professional services, equipment and training that can be vital to developing critical systems involved in Information Technology specifically in the business sector. To date we have 2 accessible locations at 17 Public Road Leonora on the West Coast of Demerara and 160 Versailles on the West Bank of Demerara. In our database our clients range from some of the major hotels in Guyana. We work closely with our clients to develop systems to aid the progress both on-site and remotely.
Our Mission Statement
AFG’s mission statement is to:
- Provide systematic software that can be in the overall hospitality industry namely; hotel management, inventory and manufacturing, maintenance and repairs as well as Network Solutions and also Cloud based platforms.
- Aid in providing 24/7 customer satisfaction with both onsite and offsite customer service support to help improve the overall structure of the business.
- Similarly, to the OIMS Framework, we have developed a system to manage all aspects of our clients’ businesses including security and safety.
- Our management structure has dedicated our success to continually learning to improve our services.
